Profile:
William is an Associate in the Corporate Department having been with the firm since 1999. He specialises in company and business acquisitions and disposals, MBOs, MBIs, company reorganisations and reconstructions as well as shareholder agreements. William provides advice to a number of professional partnerships such as accountants, solicitors and dentists on various aspects of partnership matters, including disputes, retirement, dissolution and converting to limited liability partnerships. He is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians since 2008 and is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser. As a member of the firm’s Tax team, William provides tax advice on a wide range of corporate and property matters, in particular advising companies and individuals on the tax aspects of company and business acquisitions and disposals.
