Profile:
Wendy joined the firm in 2007 as a Paralegal in the Corporate department. She commenced her training contract with the firm in 2008 and qualified into the Corporate department in 2010. Wendy specialises in corporate and commercial work including company formation and constitution, business sales and purchases, trademark registrations, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements and drafting/reviewing general commercial contracts and agreements.
