Tom deals with all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant transactions and has experience of corporate support and development work. Tom has acted for vendors and purchasers on investment and development acquisitions. He is also a member of the Charity team having acted for charities and educational bodies in various transactions including change of status for schools.
