Sue is an Associate in the commercial property department specialising in Property Finance transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers in relation to all aspects of secured lending, acquisition and development finance. Sue also deals with property issues on corporate transactions and has extensive experience acting for both vendors and purchasers on investment, retail and development acquisitions and disposals and acting for both landlord and tenant on commercial lease transactions.
