Stephen trained with Brabners Chaffe Street and qualified into the Corporate/Commercial department in 2006. He assists Denise Walker and Rupert Gill in advising on all aspects of company and commercial transactions and in particular in relation to MBOs, MBIs, venture and development capital, company and business acquisitions and disposals, company reconstruction and reorganisation, insolvency, and partnership and joint venture / shareholder agreements.
