Profile: Stephen joined the firm as a partner in 2010. He qualified in 1998 and has worked at major national and international law firms. He also has experience as in-house counsel in the financial services and chemicals industries. Stephen has extensive expertise in drafting, negotiating and/or advising on the full range of commercial contracts. His work typically includes: agency and distribution agreements; outsourcing arrangements; agreements for the supply of goods and/or services; collaboration agreements; matters relating to the provision of financial services (including merchant acquiring, credit and debit card schemes and other payment methods); consumer credit; manufacturing agreements and various other bespoke business contracts. He is experienced in advising both private and public sector clients.
