Profile:
Stephen qualified as a Barrister in 1979. He worked for a major UK Bank specialising in trust tax and probate following qualification for a period of 9 years following which he spent 2 years in an offshore tax haven dealing with trust administration for high net worth individuals and companies. In 1990 he returned to the United Kingdom to work in Greater Manchester. Stephen joined the firm in August, 2000 and advises upon capital taxes, trusts, estate planning wills and investment work. Being a member and regional co–ordinator for Solicitors for the Elderly, he is also significantly involved in advising elderly clients and their families in respect of organisation and protection of assets.
