Profile:
Stephen is a partner in the employment law department. He has considerable experience of all aspects of employment work and a particular expertise in employment tribunal work/advocacy, TUPE and negotiating severance agreements for senior employees and directors. Stephen specialises in providing business re-organisation/redundancy and general strategic planning and advice for major corporate clients. He regularly provides seminars to clients and has experience of lecturing to professional bodies such as the Employment Lawyers Association.
