Sophia is a paralegal specialising in the area of business lease renewals. She has extensive experience of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 and, in particular, the tactics of running lease renewal proceedings. Sophia acts for all the firm’s major property clients and plays a leading role in property management by ensuring that all relevant deadlines are met and that lease renewal proceedings are conducted as efficiently as possible.
