Profile:
Simon is a Partner with Brabners Chaffe Street and specialises in employment law and the law relating to recruitment agencies. Simon regularly advises clients on all aspects of employment and recruitment law through the firm’s association with ALP (the Association of Labour Providers) and TEAM (The Employment Agents’ Movement). He has particular expertise and experience in the employment law issues relating to outsourcing, corporate transactions and business reorganisations, having successfully managed the employment issues of a number of complex projects for clients including restructures, redundancies and acquisitions. Simon deals regularly with contractual disputes, including restrictive covenant cases.
