Simon is an associate and commercial lawyer with experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Simon has acted for both buyers and sellers in corporate transactions as well as corporate restructures. Recent transactions have included the sale of a construction firm in Wales, the sale of a North West domiciliary care business and the purchase of a North West engineering company.
Simon's commercial experience includes advising on agreements regarding content licensing, exclusive distribution, software/hardware development and maintenance, website development and hosting, online media monitoring and mobile phone media products. Simon has particular expertise in acting for internet focused businesses and franchise operations. A self confessed technology junkie, Simon is always keen to understand clients' technologies as well as their business needs.
