Profile:
Prior to joining Brabners Chaffe Street in 2007, Simon worked as an ‘in house’ employment Solicitor for a large national bank and dealt with a wide spectrum of employment issues, including large scale reorganisations and employment issues arising out of business transfers. Simon has experience of all aspects of employment law and has a special interest in matters arising out of disputes/collective bargaining with trade unions, restrictive covenant advice and negotiating severance agreements for senior employees. He also assists in advising on the legal issues relevant to recruitment agencies. He is involved in client training and appears as an advocate in the Employment Tribunal. Simon is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
