Simon qualified in 2003. He advises on the full range of employment law issues arising out of grievances, dismissals and reorganisations. Simon has a special interest in the legal issues arising out of collective employment law and contractual matters. He is involved in client training and appears as an advocate in the Employment Tribunal.
