Sarah trained with the firm, qualifying into the Environmental and Regulatory practice in September 2011. Sarah advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious environmental and health and safety matters, including environmental permitting, waste and water regulation, product safety, climate change obligations and renewable projects. Sarah has experience of advising companies who are facing enforcement action brought by the Health and Safety Executive, Local Authorities and the Environment Agency and also assists with providing transactional advice in relation to property and corporate/commercial matters, and specific advice on particular compliance issues.
