Sam is a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial Department. Sam is experienced in a wide range of corporate and commercial work, including acquisitions and disposals, shareholder agreements and disputes, joint-ventures, reorganisations and commercial contracts. Sam's clients include listed Plc's, SME's and high net worth individuals. Sam advised aAIM Group Plc on the launch of their £2Billion Symmetry Property Fund (a joint venture with HBOS), Coors Brewers on the sponsorship of the Carling Cup, adidas on their kit sponsorship deal with Liverpool FC and is legal advisor to McInerney Holdings Plc in respect of their UK corporate acquisitions.
