Profile:
Rupert is a Partner is the Corporate department dealing with corporate structures (companies and partnerships) and all manner of acquisitions and disposals (including those that are insolvency related) for owner managed businesses as well as larger corporates (such as James Hall and Company (Southport) Limited (Spar)) and the AIM listed NWF Group plc. Rupert also leads the corporate social housing team and acts for a number of Housing Associations including Vicinity, Cosmopolitan and Plus Group.
