Richard carries out both contentious and non-contentious work for a wide range of clients including house-hold name companies, owner managed businesses, national charities and professional sports teams. He also appears as an advocate in the Employment Tribunal. Richard regularly assists in corporate support work, and has advised clients on employment law related implications of transactions such as share sales and management buy-outs.
