Profile:
Richard is a Partner specialising in Wills, Trust creation and Administration and Probate work. He advises high net worth individuals on tax mitigation and he is increasingly involved in presenting estate planning seminars for large organisations and companies. Richard holds the Investment Advice Certificate and has passed the Law Society Investment Business Examinations, so is therefore able to give legal advice in a more general financial planning context. In addition to this Richard is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
