Profile:
Rachael qualified into the Employment team in September 2009, having trained with the firm. Rachael has experience of both contentious and non-contentious matters, advisory work and drafting bespoke contracts of employment and policies. This experience includes advice in relation to unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination and breach of contract. She has acted for large companies as well as small to medium enterprises and individual employees, and has assisted in preparing training materials for large national charities.
