Profile:
Philip joined Brabners in 2005 from Hill Dickinson. Philip has extensive experience of commercial acquisition, development and disposal and landlord and tenant on behalf of private and public funded organisations. As a former member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Housing, Philip has 10 years experience of working with the private/public/socially funded sector including being former Head of Housing Contract/Area Manager for Oxford City Council. His recent experience includes:
- Involvement with a variety of large developments within different Liverpool regeneration schemes providing mixed use sites including hotels, residential and commercial units and public car parking.
- Dealing with general acquisition and management matters in respect of various large nationally based retail clients.
- Work includes sales, leasebacks, underlettings, assignments, development agreements, joint ventures and relocations.
- Advising numerous clients on the acquisition of investment properties throughout the UK including advice on Stamp Duty (SDLT) saving schemes.
- Advising local authorities on performance matrix and tender evaluation including quality control) in outsourcing services.
- Acting for housing associations in mixed use social development schemes.
