Profile:
Peter joined the firm in 2009 on a training contract and qualified as a solicitor in 2011. He is a commercial and intellectual property lawyer practising in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property law including patents, trade marks, copyright, database rights, design rights and domain names. Peter advises on commercial contracts, licensing arrangements, franchising, data protection, promotion and advertising issues, intellectual property strategies and e-commerce matters. Peter also has experience in brand management and strategy, filing and prosecuting trade mark applications and litigious intellectual property matters. Peter offers the team a fresh outlook. He is proactive and involved in local legal and business interests.
