Profile:
Paul was articled with Freshfields and worked in London for seven years. He was a partner at Halliwells in Manchester for four years and has been a partner at Brabners Chaffe Street since May 2001. He has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation (in particular injunctive relief) and has particular specialities in banking and pensions litigation. He was involved in the first post Maxwell prosecution under The Pensions Act. He has acted for Banks in all aspects of professional negligence work (and indeed general banking work) including, but not limited to claims against surveyors, accountants, architects and solicitors.
