Profile:
Paul has a special interest in the law relating to recruitment agencies and he is the appointed employment law adviser to TEAM (The Employment Agents' Movement) and REC (Recruitment and Employment Federation).
He deals with all types of contentious and non-contentious employment matters and provides support to the firm's corporate department on employment issues. He deals regularly with restrictive covenant cases and frequently appears as an advocate before the Employment Tribunal.
