Profile:
Nicola qualified in 2004 and specialises in Employment Law. Nicola advises both employers and employees on a range of contentious employment law issues including unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, negotiating compromise agreements and breach of contract. Nicola also has experience of non-contentious work such as auditing contractual documentation and drafting compromise agreements, contracts of employment and policy documentation.
