Profile:
Mark specialises in: landlord and tenant work both for occupiers and landlords/investors; real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals and general property development and investment work. Mark also acts for Housing Associations in connection with their property acquisitions, disposals and general estate management requirements and for funders in relation to property finance transactions. In 2006, whilst at a previous employment, Mark undertook a six-month secondment to the Legal Department of the North West Regional Development Agency.
