Profile:
Mark specialises in corporate and commercial work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company formation and constitution, company secretarial matters and general commercial agreements. His experience also includes advising on shareholder disputes, share buybacks and group reorganisations. Mark trained with the firm and qualified into the Manchester corporate department in September 2009.
