The firm's Managing Partner, Mark is also a Partner in the corporate department. Throughout his career Mark has been involved in a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and institutional private equity funding.
His experience also relates to intellectual property and competition law and he is a past chairman of the North West branch of the Solicitors European Group.
