Profile:
Mark trained and worked in private practice in London before spending a number of years working in-house in the media sector. He specialises in sport and media related matters having advised on a large number of licensing, athlete endorsement, sponsorship and publishing arrangements on an international basis with a variety of sporting bodies, teams, athlete representatives and other rights holders. In addition Mark has significant experience in dealing with more general commercial work including intellectual property and new media issues and a wide array of commercial agreements.
