Lydia advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including HR strategy planning, business re-organisations, executive terminations and negotiated settlements. Lydia regularly presents Seminars on employment related issues and bespoke training courses designed to meet particular client needs. She also regularly supports the firmís Sports Law team advising International Federations, National Governing Bodies, clubs, event organisers, players and administrators in a wide range of sports.
