Lindsay joined Brabners in August 2009, having been a partner at Storrar Cowdry in Chester. Lindsay has 18 years experience and has practiced in Nottingham and Greater London before moving to the North West in 2001. Lindsay specialises in all aspects of family work, with particular interest in complex ancillary relief cases and Children Act proceedings. She also regularly advises on cohabitation disputes and civil partnerships. Lindsay is also one of the most experienced collaborative lawyers in the North West. The collaborative approach is fundamentally changing the way people think about family law. It enables couples to take control of the legal process and reach amicable agreements without the intervention of the court.
