Kevin has broad experience in mainstream commercial property, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, dealing with commercial leases for both landlord and tenant, funding transactions for both borrower and lender and other portfolio management issues. He has acted for a wide variety of clients including household name retailers, institutional pension funds and large property investment companies as well as small owner-managed businesses and individual investors.
