Ken has a wealth of experience predominately in the property and commercial arenas. In 1991 he was appointed Director of Corporate Banking at the Bank of Scotland, Manchester. Since then he has been involved in building several loan portfolio’s across the North of England, specialising in companies turning over in excess of £25m p.a. and debt transactions in excess of £15m. More recently, he was responsible for the North of England Real Estate Origination Unit dealing with new business transaction in excess of £10m originating from any of the five northern corporate offices. Ken joined the firm in June 2009 as a consultant.
