Katie joined Brabners Chaffe Street in 2007, having previously worked as a specialist property litigator at DLA in Liverpool. Katie has a wide range of experience in all areas of property litigation and has particular expertise in property management work, acting for both landlords and tenants. Katie is experienced in commercial landlord and tenant law acting for both landlord and tenants and has experience in dilapidations claims, forfeiture proceedings, nuisance claims, trespass and nuisance actions, adverse possession claims and business lease renewals both opposed and unopposed. She also has considerable expertise in injunction proceedings having successfully obtained many injunctions for clients.
