Profile:
Katherine is an associate in the family team at Brabners Chaffe Street LLP. Katherine specialises in all financial aspects of relationship breakdowns, such as separation and divorce, as well as disputes arising from the separation of cohabitants. To prevent financial uncertainty when a relationship breaks down, Katherine can also offer advice on the preparation and drafting of pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. In addition, Katherine also specialises in private children law matters, most particularly contact and residence disputes. Katherine is a member of Resolution. Resolution, which was formerly known as the Solicitors Family Law Association (SFLA), is an organisation of 5000 lawyers who believe in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters. Resolution also campaigns for improvements to the family justice system. Outside the office, Katherine enjoys family life, dining out and socialising with friends.
