Profile:
Kate is a Solicitor specialising in Employment Law. Having trained with Brabners Chaffe Street, she qualified into the Employment Team in September 2005. Advising both employers and employees, Kate has experience in advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law issues. This includes advice in relation to discrimination, unfair dismissal, disciplinary, dismissal and grievance procedures and breach of contract. Kate also advises in business reorganisations involving redundancy and TUPE. Kate regularly drafts and negotiates compromise agreements and audits contracts of employment, service agreements, and related policy documentation. In addition, Kate delivers training on Employment Law and best practice.
