Profile:
Karen is a paralegal with 22 years fee earner experience in both commercial (Local Authority) and residential Conveyancing. For the last 3 years she has specialised in post completion work and has extensive experience of Land Registration law and practice and HM Revenue and Customs Stamp Duty Land Tax procedures. Karen’s role is to ensure that all notifiable property transactions are correctly reported to HM Revenue and Customs within the relevant deadlines, and to register property transactions at Land Registry.
