Profile:
Karen leads Brabners Chaffe Street’s Residential Development Team. She has over twenty years’ experience in Commercial Property work and has specialised in Residential and Mixed Use Development since 1992. Karen represents property developers and major house builders in the acquisition and development of sites around the country, spanning a broad spectrum of residential and mixed use development, including the creation of new communities and the mixed use redevelopment and regeneration of contaminated land. She is described as being “top quality and good value” and as having a “stellar reputation” in recent editions of Legal 500. Karen is supported by a strong and highly able team across the firm, including a dedicated Plot Sales Unit, two additional partners and a number of solicitors.
