Profile:
Jonathan has specialised in Employment Law since 1998 and provides a wide variety of advice to clients on all aspects of Employment Law (both contentious and non contentious). He has particular expertise and experience in providing advice on restrictive covenants, severance deals, discrimination issues, unfair dismissals, and TUPE related issues and corporate transactions. A member of the Employment Lawyers Association, Jonathan also regularly acts as an advocate in the employment tribunals.
