Profile:
John is a Solicitor specialising in Employment Law. Having trained with the firm, he qualified into the Manchester Employment Team in September 2007. As well as assisting the senior members of the department, John has experience in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, advising both employers and employees. This experience includes advice on disciplinary, dismissal and grievance procedures, discrimination, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, and redundancy. John regularly drafts and negotiates compromise agreements and has experience in auditing contracts of employment, service agreements, and related policy documentation.
