Profile:
John Blackwall is a Senior Legal Executive with a wealth of experience in Residential Property Development. John’s primary responsibility is to run and supervise the operation of the Plot Sales Unit within the firm’s Residential Development Team. He is responsible for setting up all development sites for plot sales, all legal issues relating to the developments, including the provision of roads, drainage and services to new build developments, the delivery of affordable housing, and the management of the plot sales process from cradle to grave. John is also a valued member of the Acquisitions Unit within the Residential Development Team and acts for a number of developers on site acquisition and development.
