Profile:
Joanne focuses on non-contentious transactional matters to both assess and negotiate responsibility for environmental risks and liabilities on the acquisition or disposal of both property and businesses. This includes advising on Environmental Impact Assessments, undertaking due diligence exercises and the negotiation and drafting of warranties, indemnities, contract terms and/or lease terms. She also provides strategic preventative advice for regulatory compliance including the development and implementation of policies and/or procedures and the consideration and/or revision of contractual terms and conditions and third party appointments. With a strong property background her particular niche is in green energy projects, carbon reduction and sustainability issues affecting development, investment and neighbourhood regeneration.
