Profile:
Jamie is an associate in the Corporate Department and deals with a broad range of transactional and non-transactional corporate and commercial work. Jamie specialises in mergers, acquisitions and disposals of shares and businesses, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, shareholders agreements, general company secretarial advice and advising on a variety of commercial agreements, including standard trading terms, supply agreements and distribution agreements. Jamie’s recent experience includes acting for the management team on a high value secondary buyout of a legal services company, advising on a high value joint venture with a listed brewery company and advising on commercial agreements for a major conference venue.
