James is a partner in the commercial property department with experience in commercial acquisitions, disposals and secured lending (both for development and general purposes). He has particular experience in development work and pre-lets (both from Landlord and Tenant's perspective) with a greater degree of focus on retail schemes. James also works for clients who deal with investment property.
