Profile:
Jacqui is a Partner in commercial litigation with wide experience of complex litigation, particularly in the field of construction, engineering and property. She regularly conducts cases in the Technology and Construction and Commercial courts, she has dealt with a number of UK and foreign arbitrations and has handled numerous adjudications. Jacqui also has expertise in Competition law, (having represented clients involved in a dawn raid and proceedings under Articles 81 and 82 of the Treaty of Rome). She frequently advises on investigations by the OFT and also deals with OFGEM and ORR. Jacqui has a particular interest in the rail industry and advises on issues relating to track access rights, freight contracts and other rail issues.
