Profile:
Jack is a solicitor in the Commercial Litigation department.
Jack has a broad commercial background and advises corporate and individual clients across a variety of commercial matters. Jack has a particular interest in commercial contract disputes but also routinely acts and advises in relation to shareholder and director disputes, breach of contract and warranty claims, construction disputes, corporate and personal insolvency and professional negligence claims.
Jack also has experience of injunctive relief proceedings and urgent interim applications, debt and enforcement proceedings and property litigation disputes.
