Profile:
Ian, a Partner in the firm’s property department, is head of the Construction team. He specialises in all aspects of non-contentious and contentious construction and engineering matters, both in the UK and internationally. Ian has advised upon all different types of procurement options and documentation in connection with large building and engineering projects including commercial developments, effluent treatment plants, nuclear installations, power and process plants. He also has wide-ranging experience of construction and engineering disputes including adjudication, arbitration (both domestic and international) and court proceedings.
