Profile:
Ian qualified in 1987, and now heads up the Dispute Resolution Team in the Social Housing Department at Brabners Chaffe Street following the firm’s merger in May 2009 with specialist social housing practice Bremners. He acts for social housing providers throughout the north-west and beyond, with this client base ranging from the smallest Co-operatives to national Associations and including many stock transfer associations and their subsidiaries. He was described in the Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession as "practical and extremely adaept at preparing a convincing case". Ian is also a qualified mediator.
