Profile:
Helen is a Partner and Head of the family team at Brabners Chaffe Street. Helen specialises in all aspects of relationship breakdown. Helen's clients are predominantly high net worth individuals, and she acts for a number of high profile sporting and media individuals. Helen regularly deals with high value divorce cases involving trusts, shareholdings and pensions and increasingly Helen advises on pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation contracts. Another aspect of Helen's work is to advise on the breakdown of cohabitation relationships and she regularly advises on applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. For a number of years Helen has lectured to other lawyers on a wide range of family law topics, including the issue of pensions on divorce. Helen is a member of Resolution. Helen is also a fully trained Collaborative Family Lawyer and is committed to resolving family disputes, if at all possible, in the most amicable and efficient manner. Away from the office, Helen enjoys cooking, reading and travelling when the opportunity arises.
