Profile:
Heather joined the firm in 2006 and spent 15 months as a corporate paralegal before commencing her training contract. Heather qualified into the Employment team in 2009. As well as assisting senior members of the team, Heather advises on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including day-to-day disciplinary, dismissal and grievance issues, discrimination and reorganisational issues as well as drafting contracts of employment, service agreements and related policy documentation. Heather regularly acts on behalf of employees in connection with Employment Tribunal claims.
