Profile:
Gill joined the firm as Partner in 2011 and works in the Preston corporate team. Beginning practice in the City, she specialised in venture capital and corporate finance work, particularly on MBO’s and MBI’s; enjoying a year’s secondment to Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Sydney where her work centred on international acquisitions and commercial work.
Gill has worked in the North West for over 18 years and continues to advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, finance transactions and re-structuring. Her extensive experience of corporate and commercial matters is invaluable to many SME’s and owner managed businesses; and also banks and lenders on due diligence issues.
Gill has currently two non-executive appointments which reflect her interest in education and the arts. Gill is a Council Member of Lancaster University and acts as one of the two Deputy Pro Chancellor there. She is also a non-executive director of the Storey Creative Industries Centre in Lancaster.
