Profile:
Emma trained with the firm and worked as an integral part of the employment team for over a year before qualifying in November 2011. She advises clients ranging from SMEs to PLCs on both contentious and non-contentious issues.
Emma’s experience includes the provision of advice to clients concerning unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, business re-organisations, executive terminations and breach of contract. She has also worked closely with numerous businesses to review and update contracts of employment, staff policies and other employment-related documentation.
Emma regularly advises companies operating in the recruitment sector about the engagement of temporary workers and issues connected with the Agency Workers Regulations 2010.
